CPDF respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices and will remove infringing content when properly notified.
How Our Service Works
CPDF is a client-side image to PDF conversion tool that:
- Processes files locally in the user's browser
- Does not store or retain uploaded files on our servers
- Does not host user-generated content
- Provides a conversion tool, not a file hosting service
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please provide a written notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location
- Your contact information (address, phone, email)
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringer Policy
CPDF will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
